…と、初っ端からネガティブ発言失礼しました。爆w
新潟遠征、ランチは、店構えからも歴史を感じる、正に歴史ある和食のお店。
田中角栄などが訪れてたそうです。
ドラミ達2人なんですが、ガランと広い個室へ通されました。
紅葉の落葉が美しい中庭を眺められる雪見障子のお部屋は、人数増えた時用の使われないテーブルも脇に(笑
お昼のコースは、お任せの真ん中(¥13,500円)にしたのかな?夜もありますからね。w
先にセッティングされていた屠蘇器で、振る舞い酒、食前酒を。
・八寸:落ち葉を取ると、下から秋の味覚がゴロゴロ。別途グラスでイクラと南蛮エビ。
ここら辺はホント昔ながらの和食、って感じでベタですが安定感ですかね?w
・御椀は、新潟のノドグロと今年最後という広島の松茸を生と焼きの2調理法で。
うーん、松茸の香りが薄い…松茸の存在意義を感じられない、残念なお椀。
・お造り:マハタ昆布〆、アオリイカ
うん、流石がは高級アオリイカ。昆布〆マハタも美味しいです。
・握り:大間の本鮪。握りたてを食べてください…って言われてる矢先に、
お手洗いに立って暫し帰って来ない連れ。w
料理提供のタイミングと悪すぎるだろー!これぞ個室の痛い点でありまするぅ~(爆w
・焼物:新潟のスズキ油焼き 胡麻と青唐辛子 蕎麦の実と胡麻 たでらんソース
ん~焼物も火入れは普通?あまりドラミの好みじゃないかなぁ~フツーの焼き魚って感じです。
・蒸物:無農薬の蒸しただけ(笑)の蕪 新潟のズワイガニ 聖護院大根の餡
蒸した「だけ」って言われると身も蓋も無い気がしないではないですが、極々、食材の本来の甘さだけですよ、って言いたいんでしょう。w
・揚物:鮭の白子春巻き ポン酢餡 中身熱っあつなんで要注意?
これはこれでアリですね。最近、流行りの?なんでも春巻き(特に中華で?笑
・鍋:むき茸 あま茸 栗麩 鰯のつみれ汁 丸い大根おろし
う~ん、ウリのメインのお鍋がコチラですか…鰯とか食材的には普通のモノ出してきましたねーw
しかも特段の感動もなく…キノコ好きだし、青魚好きだから、良いんですけどね。。。
・強肴(かな?)肉w:岩手の短角牛ロース 赤ワインソース ここでお肉きますか!フツーですけどw
・食事:土鍋ご飯は、先ほどもお目見えした広島の松茸。一緒に炊き込んだものと、生のモノを上から掛けて。
お味噌汁は、シンプルにお揚げさんと菜っ葉。なんかお家ご飯みたいだ(笑
・水菓子:ルレクチェのコンポート シャインマスカット クリスタルのジュレ
「ルレクチェ」って新潟の幻の洋ナシと呼ばれる逸品なのですねぇ~お勉強になります。
んで、結論からすると、新潟の地のモノに特化した食材や、一応、体裁は「高級な」食材を使ってるのは判るのですが、
松茸とか全然用を成して無い気が…(爆)その名前に即した風味や満足度にイマイチ欠けるものが多く、チョと残念。

連れがとても残念がっておりました。今回はリサーチ不足ですにゃ。
次回、胃ゃ、今夜リベンジなるか?!w
