中庭に古い松の木がある、古い家をリノベーションしたレストランです。
鍋料理が主力のようで、いろいろな鍋あります。
SNSで調べて、ウニ鍋(3300円×2人前)と前菜六種類盛り合わせ(2200円)を事前予約しました。
ウニ鍋にはビギナー向きの海鮮と、リピーター向きの肉があるそうです。
初めてなので、もちろん海鮮!
瓶ビールで乾杯したら、事前予約しておいただけあって、すぐにお料理が運ばれてきました。
お通しは柿、洋梨、生ハム
柿が奈良らしさをアピール♪︎
六種盛りが断然お勧めできる、お酒がススムくん。

どれも手間をかけてあって、とっても美味しい~♡♡♡
鍋の具は、
天使のエビ
バナメイエビ
鯛のすり身
カキ
ホタテ
キンジソウ他野菜、キノコ、豆腐、車麩
そして、ウニソースには白ワインを使ってあります。
鍋とはいえ、若干ソース煮みたいな感じで、濃厚!
この汁を残すのはもったいない。
追加でリゾットにしてもらいましょう。
洋風おじや、うおいっしーい!
食後の緑茶は有料ですが、500円の価値は十分にある美味しさです。
雁金茶、上手に淹れてくれました。
接客の感じもとても良いです。
落ち着いた雰囲気のお店で、美味しいお料理を堪能しました。
願わくは、次は酒飲みと行って日本酒をどんどん飲みたいですね。
