前菜のクラゲ酢から始まり始まり。
一品一品、大人の中華。
美味い。美味いけど量が少ない(笑)
大きな皿にちょこっと料理。
皿洗うの大変よね?と思いながら食べた。
今回のコースはやたらと香辛料がふんだんに使われていると?
スパイシーと言うか、大人の香辛料。
豚肉の重慶風とか言われても、重慶が良く分からんからね(笑)八角?シナモン?爽やかな香りの豚肉。
ひと癖あった。
佐土原なすの中華風のお浸し。好きやわ。美味いと。
アクが無い佐土原なす。これは生、サラダが美味い。
取り敢えず一通り食べた。はず(笑)
〆の担々麺をこっそり注文。
めちゃくちゃ濃い。胡麻?落花生?濃いのだが、そんなに辛く無い。
卓上の辣油を投入。少しは辛味が増した。
最後のデザート。杏仁豆腐の宮崎レモンソース。
酸っぱい。酸っぱいが口の中が爽やか。
アラ?何だか、まだ食べれそうだぞ(笑)
久しぶりの藍海の中華。
