三重県津市三日目の晩御飯は炉端焼き山波月にて新鮮な地魚等を頂きます。
伊賀市の観光を終えて三重県津市に戻ってホテルにて暫し休憩を摂りました。
20時に予約していた晩御飯を頂く居酒屋さんを訪問し狭めのテーブル席に着座。
オススメ黒板メニューから皮ハギ姿造りと看板メニューの手羽先唐揚げ等を注文。

桜色で瑞々しい皮ハギの刺身とプリッとした肝の盛合せで食を進めるビジュアル!
白身魚の刺身はコリコリと口当たりが良く新鮮な肝は甘味が有り美味しいですね!
・カツオ腹刺身880円(税込)
カツオの刺身とは思えない程の綺麗なピンク色でブリと間違えて頼んだと勘違い。
脂が乗ったカツオの刺身は軟らかくトロッとした脂の乗りで臭みが無く美味しい!
・手羽先唐揚げ600円(税込)
白い粉が掛かった手羽先は肉質が良く芳ばしい香りで美味しそうな見た目ですね。
揚げ立て熱々の手羽先唐揚げは身が軟らかく胡椒と塩味が効いたスパイスで旨い!
・手羽端380円(税込)
お店発祥の手羽端は味噌とスパイシーな辛味成分の香りでアルコールが進みそう。
手掴みで頂くと芳ばしい味噌と辛味成分のタバスコが癖になる味わいで美味しい!
回鍋肉の様な味わいで店主にお願いして生キャベツを注文し共に食せば旨さ倍増!

手羽先唐揚げはスパイシーな味わいと手羽端は癖になる味わいで両方旨かったね。
地元の常連客が集う居酒屋は美味しい酒の肴が豊富で混む理由が分かりますよね。
満足で満腹な美味しい晩御飯を食した後はホテルに戻り寛いで早目に就寝します。
