取引先の方に連れて行っていただき3名で利用。
3週間前に電話し、平日の20時に何とか予約ができたそうです。
場所は熊本グリーンホテルの地下1階なので、比較的分かりやすいと思います。
外観は老舗感のある居酒屋さんと言った雰囲気。
店内は右手にカウンター席、左手に小上がりの座敷があり今回は座敷へご案内いただきました。
座敷が掘りごたつなので、楽チンです♪
メニューを見ると、馬肉料理を中心に、刺身やおこぜの唐揚げ、郷土料理の辛子れんこんなどご当地物もありかなり魅力的です。
しかし今回は取引先の方にお任せし、全て【馬肉料理】をいただきました。

今回特に気に入ったのは2つ!
①馬刺し
にんにくと生姜が添えてありますが、地元では生姜派が多いそうです。
綺麗な霜降りのサシが入った見た目にテンションがあがります。
口に入れると、とろっとした食感で臭みはゼロ。
新鮮な馬刺しのほど良い脂の旨味を、やや甘めの生姜醤油が引き立てます。
②レバー刺し
こちらもとにかく新鮮。
臭みは皆無ですので、レバーが苦手な方にもぜひ食べてみていただきたい!
何とも言えない食感(コリコリとも違うが上手く表現できません)のレバーと、ごま油と塩と醤油?の絶妙なタレとの相性も抜群でした。
トイレはリフォームされておりかなり綺麗で、店内が禁煙な点も好感が持てます。
上質な馬肉料理を堪能できました。
