今回、いつもお世話になっているワインの師匠の1人から、こちらのお店を勧められ、訪問してみました。
落ち着いた照明のカウンター席は、凛としていながらも清められたような空間が心地良い。お店は大将とおかみさんのタッグで切り盛りされていますが、お2人共スゴく感じの良い穏やかなサービスに終始されていた点も好印象。
さて、注文したのは、1万2000円のコース。対するアルコールは、辛口の日本酒を2種類おまかせでお願いしました(黒部峡と太刀山でした)。トータルの飲食代金1万5000円。
まずはおつまみが複数供され、その後に握りが続き、最後にデザートで〆。おつまみは海苔の佃煮と摺りからすみ、山葵をあしらった茶碗蒸しや徳島産岩牡蠣、しめ鯖、白海老、まこがれいのお造り、とこぶし、毛がにと茄子のジュレ、太刀魚の焼物といったラインナップに、握りは金目鯛、鯵、赤烏賊、赤身、とろ、こはだ、たいらがい、うに、車海老、かんぴょう巻き、あなご、玉子焼きと続き、お椀にはご飯のおこげを落とすという趣向なのも楽しいと思いました。最後はきなこをあしらった生チョコで〆。訪問日は猿島で上がった魚が割と多かったのも嬉しいですね。
魚の美味しさを徹頭徹尾堪能したひと時でした♪
