3回目の訪問
こちらは本当に良心的で握りが美味しいお寿司屋さんです。
初回にこのお店は「握り」を食べるべきと感じて、今日も少しだけツマミを食べ、握りを満喫する事に…
ご主人は、若くて寡黙な職人といった感じ、一緒にいる女性はお母さんの様で二人でお店を切り盛りされているようです。聞いた所によると、以前はお父さんも働いていたという事でした。
カウンターに座り、生ビールと刺し身盛合せを注文。お通しに小芋が出てきました

こんな食べ方初めてです。ボイルした白子が、温かいカツオ出汁に浸かっていてポン酢を付けて食べる。
後でご主人にお話を聞くと、鍋等の温かい料理をやっていないので、冬の寒い時期に何か温まる料理と考えられたそうです
○穴子焼き 1200円
焼き海苔、胡瓜の千切り、山葵、柚子胡椒を自由に巻いて食べる。楽しく食べれる。ツメを付けるかと聞かれる
○特選寿司(特上)4400円
握り13貫 細巻き1本 玉子 お椀
平目、カワハギ肝付、スミイカ、マアジ、カニ爪、マグロ赤身、マグロ中トロ、ウニ軍艦、コハダ、赤貝、炙りマグロ、アナゴ、芽ネギ、鉄火巻き&カッパ巻き
握りは全て、シャリとネタのバランスが良い。中でもコハダが最高に旨い。コハダ自体の脂ものっており塩と酢の締め具合が丁度良いと思った
料理は以上で、お腹がパンパンです
お酒は、生ビール1杯、抹茶ハイ1杯、ふぐひれ酒2杯です
お会計は11500円でした。全て値段が書いてあるので安心して注文出来ると思います
本当に美味しかった。ごちそうさまでした。
横浜では隠れた名店になるはずです
