清潔で私の今一番お気に入りの焼き鳥屋さんです。
でも…焼き鳥とは言えこちらは塩のみです。
ハイジのとろけるチーズ ラクレットも串焼きであります!
私は蕪を軽く炙った野菜串と合わせて食べました。
ラムは串に刺してあり食べやすい!
美味しかったです。
主人が「レバータレで」と言い、
「うちは塩のみです」と店主が。
この会話が毎回笑える!
レバーは私もタレの方がいいなぁ…♪
塩だとパサつく。
こてこての焼き鳥ではなくワインの合うさらりとした焼き鳥なので、
お店の使い方として、軽く摘まんで飲んで次のお店へもしくは帰ると言う感じかなぁ。
ガッツリ食べちゃうと結構お金かかっちゃうので(^^;
