ぷれじ先生が、ものすごい点数付けていたので、
気になっていた焼鳥屋さん。
5時からと早い時間から
営業されているのが嬉しい。
手前の座敷の他に、
奥にどうやら個室もあるらしい。
すぐにカウンターが埋まる程に
常連客で人気。
実は以前に、予約の電話で断れていた程だ。
焼鳥は、塩かタレかは
お店におまかせだが、
こだわりがあれば、してくれると思う。
塩は結構強め。
ポーションは小さめだが、
しっかりしょっぱいので、酒が進む。
焼鳥以外のメニューも豊富で、
飽きの来ない構成が、
常連客を引き付けるのか。
独特なタレを使っているのと、
ベーコン巻きの雰囲気が、
どことなく、
四国中央市にある、高雄と
似ているなぁと思った。
この日は食べてないけど、
ぷれじ先生のすなぎも刺しなんか、
盛りつけもそのまんま。
高雄は、むかし、東京でやっていたそうな。
と、うますぎて、
気付いたら大量発注になっていた!
おいしかったなー。
また行きます。
