幻の名店、甲陽園つる家の伝統を受け継ぐ店。L字型カウンターだけのこじんまりした店。
もともとつる家は旧宝塚ホテルにも店舗があったとか。ところが10年ほど前にホテルから出て、それから店の人たちが、南口の川沿いにいまもある天ぷら「食心 悠」をオープンした。さらにそのあとにそこから「すずき」が分かれたそうだ。
おまかせコース3500円を注文。
まずはおつけだしで、たけのこ、卵焼き、ごぼう。
さて天ぷらは生麩からスタート。えび2尾、タコ2piece、鱧の大葉巻き、紅生姜2切れ、しいたけ、れんこん、なす、カボチャ、ヤングコーン、そら豆、オクラ、タマネギ?、そして名物の葛餅あげ、合計14種もあった。
全体的に野菜類が多いが、お味はとてもよい。さすが、伝統の技。
追加でざるそば600円を二つ。
ビールなどいただいて、二人で合計11800円。なかなかよいね。
