やたら目立つ照明に吸い込まれる客多し ←その1人 |o| °д°)ノガラララ
奥に続くカウンタと後ろにはテーブル席
広めにとられた店内オープンキッチン
20時-朝8時って朝ラーもできるのか
膝落として丁重に接客する若いスタッフ達
「心を込めてお作りします♪」
店のマニュアルだろうみんないろんな客に同じことをしてる
元気と笑顔と丁重な接客がとりえすとだべか
しかし客が少ないからとスタッフ同士の私語が大杉
初めてなので旨塩ラーメンにする
背脂浮くスープはトンコツの旨味・・・より〆に向けた塩度
塩分この半分だと嬉しいんだけどオススメは「味薄め」かしら
〆とは言えスープ飲み切ると明日が大変かも
旨塩と言うか塩が濃厚
サクサクな硬め茹で上げのちぢれ麺
「保刈製麺」
沈むチャーシューペーラペラ
バリボリメンマ、熟玉、
せっかく十勝の食材こだわってるなら
その食材を生かす自然な味付けが好ましいかと思う
酒入ってもキツイものはキツイ
たまたまだったかもしれないけど
にしても「チャーハン」喰いたいwありがとごちそうさま。
