森駅で途中下車。こちらで夕食をするためです。噴火湾の恵みを楽しめると聞いて予約しました。
立派な店構えでカウンターも綺麗です。その向こうには緑。更にその先には噴火湾が見えます。
噴火湾を中心に地元の食材を堪能しました。

東京で修行をしたご主人。食材は地元ですが、スタイルは都会的でした。料理も寿司も美味しかったです。
