親友のお誕生日会は必ず日曜日に!って決まりがあるの
今回は和食でリクエストがあったけど、日曜営業の和食屋さんって中々ないんだよなー
食べ友が訪問済みで個室がある「割烹 鼎」さんに行きましょ

和食屋さんで基本のお出汁が美味しいと嬉しくなるね
八寸もそれぞれが良い肴で、友が好きな日本酒の十四代がすすむよ
桜鱒の中がほんのりピンクで柔らかーく焼けてるの
山椒がピリっとして甘めのソースがバッチリ合うよ
そろそろ十四代は友に任せて、にゃじはパナメラのワインをボトルでお願いする
富良野和牛も柔らかで、真鯛とこごみのお出汁も良き
ホワイトアスパラが太くて、蟹味噌ソースが美味しいわ
ソースだけでツマミになるなー
品数多いのに〆のヒラメの押し寿司はシャリみっちり一人四貫でお腹いっぱいよ
でも、甘味の小豆バター最中は別腹ね
今回はお誕生日会だからお料理をお高めのコースにしたけれど、お手頃なコースもあるし単品注文でも良いんじゃない⁈
