【2021.03 札幌ひとりごはん】
どうしても3月中に済ませておかなければならない案件を片付けに札幌へ。普段なら午前便で千歳まで飛んで午後は数件の得意先に挨拶をし、みたいなパターンですが、『道外の方との面会は、、、』みたいな空気だそうなので夕方着の便で札幌入り。当然スタッフとの会食も無しでひとり寂しく晩ごはん。

最初に北海道の牛乳が出て飲み物はサッポロの生(700円)
日本酒のリストはそんなに種類が無いので聞いてみると
北海道の日本酒を中心におまかせでもできるとのことなので
それが一番かと思いおまかせで一杯6尺程度を5種類
流れは下記のような感じでシャリはかなり小振り
食べログのコース紹介ではお料理と寿司10貫との表記でしたが
この日はお寿司は13貫、小振りなので少しお腹に余裕もあって
追加でネギトロ巻きをお願いしてお腹いっぱい♪
