LAメタルバンドのようなスタッフTシャツをデザインしたのが炭火を操るお若いイケメンのご主人
大阪で修行されたそうです

食べた物は全て写真を撮りました(二夜連続分)
宮崎の炭火焼きのように真っ黒くはありませんが、しっかりガッツリ炭の風味をまとった鶏肉はどれもプリップリ
塩胡椒の味付けで青ネギが添えてあります
キャベツより青ネギの方が絶対好き
注文の時に「かなり弾力がありますが大丈夫ですか?」と聞かれた<親鶏もも焼き>は噛みしめると1切れが大きめなのでジューシー
これと<親鶏皮>が味が濃くて美味しい
柔らかいのが好きな方は<鶏ハラミ>がいいかも
下手な牛タンを食べるならこちらの<砂ずり>の方が満足度高いと思います

鳥そぼろごはんのそぼろと鳥スープは生姜が効いてて大人の味
スープは濃くてお肌に良さそう
3年ぶりのジェラートのフレーバーは3種類でした
テレビもあるしお姉さん達は可愛いわで一人でも大勢でも居心地良く過ごせます

BGMがツボにハマった~♪
九州の鶏料理が大阪を経由後スタイリッシュになって広島にやって来た印象
お料理の価格はかなりリーズナブルに感じました
鶏肉と同じく自分にも炭の香りが染み込むけれど、美味しかった余韻に浸れるので私的には全く問題無し!
美味しければそれで良し!!
