今日は「 結喜庵 」さんの「 昼御膳(田舎蕎麦・更科蕎麦)」を紹介します。
メニューは写真のとおり、蕎麦単品も定食もあり、今日は定食を頂きました。
昼御膳には「 半盛蕎麦 」に「 蕎麦の実ご飯とみそ汁、おかず3品、お新香 」が付いています。
蕎麦は「 田舎蕎麦、更科蕎麦 」から選べ、おかずも「 天婦羅 か にしんのうま煮 」を選べます。
私は田舎蕎麦とにしんのうま煮をいただき、連れは更科蕎麦と天ぷらをチョイスしました。
私の選んだ田舎蕎麦は色もさほど黒くなく細い蕎麦で、更科蕎麦は白さが際立つ綺麗で上品な麺でした。
蕎麦は双方とも細いけどこしがしっかりとしています。
天婦羅は揚げ立てで美味しかった。
今日いただいた御膳の他に「 ざる や 割子 」もあり、蕎麦をじっくりと楽しめると思います。
