オーナーシェフの田中氏は、ミシュランガイドイタリアで一つ星に選ばれ続けている「 PAOLO E BARBARA」や、ミシュランガイドイタリアで三つ星に選ばれ続けている「LE CALANDRE」で研鑽を積んだ方。
緊急事態宣言を受け、期間限定でランチ営業を開始したと知り行った。
なんと!パスタランチ1,000円という破格の値段!
生ハムとモッツァレラのサラダ、シジミとシラスのペペロンチーノ、紅茶を食べた。
生ハムはパルマ産24ヶ月物で、モッツァレラチーズはイタリア南西部のカンパニア州が原産物
それだけではもったいないので、アラカルトメニューを見ると、これまた格安!
ミシュランガイドが食べるべきメニューとして選んでいる、グラッパに漬け込んだ酔っ払い海老 (600円)や、自家製ジェラートの盛り合わせ (800円)も食べた。
海老は、中国料理の甘エビの紹興酒漬けをアレンジしたメニューで、アルコール度数40度近くあるイタリアの食後酒グラッパに活き海老を漬け込んだ料理。
自家製ジェラートの盛り合わせは、5種類のジェラードにフルーツを添えたメニュー。
行って分ったのだけど、ヨーロッパのレストランは普通アラカルトが中心で、コースがメインというのは稀で、現地で日本シェフが台頭するようになってコースオンリーになりつつあるけど、クッチーナは、席さえ押さえればあとはアラカルト対応出来るお店だった。
しかも結構安いと思った。
トーダイのカトラリーが使われてた。
