緊急事態宣言収束の5月に伺いました。
まずは場所がわからず、右往左往。
これがまた隠れ家な感じでいいですね。
いただいたものは下記の通りですが、半年前なので記憶も曖昧。
しかも画像とメニュー数一致しないし、撮り忘れもありそうです。
間違ってたらスミマセン。
ただ、創作が強いのはもちろん、
素材の美味しさをいかした創造されたお料理の数々でした。
お酒も呑みたくなるメニューばかり。
気がつけばお酒にワインにいっぱいいただきました。

青うなぎは皮厚いとのこと。
しっかり焼いてありました。勉強になります!
しゃこばっかりたべてたら青くなるそうです。
