小淵沢に口コミ内容がよいお寿司屋さんがあり有名人も訪れるとあるので
興味津々で行く事にしました。
週末の開店17:00に訪問 （相変わらず近くの某鰻屋は行列？）
一番での入店でしたのですが...
出張で、山梨の小淵沢へ行った時に入った「開江寿し」。
電話確認して、日曜の少し遅めの入店でしたが、電話の対応が
めっちゃナイス！！
