Seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients are sourced daily from Karato Market in Shimonoseki. The creative Fried Skewers, which are made with fresh ingredients and a little extra effort to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, are so delicious you'll want to eat as many as you can. Enjoy the deep flavor condensed into each skewer. The oil used is low in aroma and calories. This restaurant is also friendly to women. The interior of the restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere with a modern Japanese style. The counter seats on the first floor are sunken kotatsu, and all rooms on the second floor are private rooms.
