Our homemade sauce is made from stock made from several types of domestic fish flakes and hon-kaeshi seasoning. We do not use any preservatives or colorings, so you can eat it with peace of mind. Other have mochi pounded with a mallet made from 100% Yamagata Prefecture-grown himenomochi rice cakes and freshly fried tempura available.
