We offer Tsuruoka's specialty, Mugikiri, which is thicker than somen and slightly thinner than udon, with a smooth texture and just the right amount of firmness. Mugikiri are noodles made by adding salt water to wheat flour, kneading it, rolling it out thinly, and cutting it into thin pieces. Boil and enjoy cold. The Mugikiri Set comes with Seafood Bowl, Small dish, and pickled vegetables for 1,380 yen. You can also enjoy soba and udon Noodles, as well as seasonal delicacies from the mountains and sea.
