``Our specialty!'' is authentically roasted using straw and charcoal in the hearth in the center of the store. We hold demonstrations of ``Straw-roasted bonito tataki'' every day from 20:00, and many customers are happy to see ``thunder'' and ``conch shells'' ringing in the store as customers parade around straw-roasted bonito tataki! Please come and visit us at least once.
