Food Authentic Kishu live spiny lobster
Kishu's spiny lobsters, which are caught in the areas from Nanki Shirahama to Kushimoto where the main Kuroshio Current is strongly influenced by the three major fishing grounds for domestically produced spiny lobsters (Wakayama, Mie, and Chiba), are muscular, dense, and rich in flavor.
