Shunsai En serves kaiseki cuisine centered around the abundant seafood and vegetables of the San'in region. The restaurant is located in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture, a town near Sakaiminato, which
... boasts one of the largest fish catches in the country. Fresh ingredients are procured daily, and the chefs hand-make each dish. In April 2019, the restaurant moved from its store in front of Yonago Station to Asahimachi, in the city's downtown area.
