Hainanese chicken rice (Hainan Ji Fan) is a popular Singaporean dish that is also our signature menu. Our restaurant uses domestic Daisen chicken. Daisen chicken boiled until fluffy and carefully cooked jasmine rice go very well together. Enjoy with three different sauces!
