Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) uses Koshu Kenmi chicken! These brand-name chickens are healthy and have soft meat, raised on a diet of wine lees. We serve it with our homemade soy sauce sauce or salt that we have been using since our founding. Leave the seasoning to us!
