Our pride is our crystal-clear Nihachi soba noodles. We use domestically produced buckwheat flour and grind it in our store's stone mill. We have maximized the original flavor without adding buckwheat hulls. We basically use Hitachi Aki Soba, which has shiny and supple noodles, but we change the flour little by little depending on the season. Please enjoy the smooth taste and rich aroma and sweetness. The owner's desire is to "accommodate every taste you want," so we have prepared a wide variety of menus.
