Since its founding, `` Sushi'' has cherished the desire for customers to enjoy eating fresh ingredients. The distinctive features are the unique nigiri style that gives the impression of freshly caught fish, and the elegant flavor of the shari. Traditionally, sushi was made with red vinegar and salt, but Sushi was early on in introducing sushi made with a combination of white vinegar, salt, and sugar. This combination brings out the flavor of the fish. Maintaining these traditions is an important idea at Sushi.
