Food [Miura's local mackerel] Today's specialty! Sesame mackerel bowl
Normally, mackerel, which spoils quickly and is sold through conventional routes, cannot be eaten raw. However, at Imagawa Cafeterias, we purchase our food directly from wholesalers and process it while keeping it fresh, making it possible to serve it raw. And "mackerel" contains a lot of EPA and DHA and can be expected to have anti-aging effects. Many nutrients are lost when cooked, but by eating them raw, you can ingest them without destroying them.
