Food Our proud `` Grilled skewer'' served with a ``secret sauce'' that has been used for over 50 years.
Our signature dish, `` Grilled skewer'', is made with fresh chicken and pork that is carefully prepared and skewered every morning, then slowly grilled over Bincho charcoal. In addition to standard cuts, we also offer limited quantities of rare cuts for 100 yen each. The secret soy sauce sauce used is inherited from the owner's training and has been used for over 50 years. "Kashira" and "Harami" can also be enjoyed with our special miso sauce. Be sure to try the juicy Meat Maki Skewer (180 yen each), which is wrapped with vegetables such as tomatoes and ginger.
