Our reasonably priced fresh bluefin tuna is not frozen, so you can enjoy the deliciousness of the raw material itself. Another recommendation is the monthly Creative Cuisine. ``Sea urchin ankake rice'' is a dish where you can enjoy fresh sea urchin and enjoy the sea urchin mixed with fragrant red bean paste made from bonito stock over rice.
