The chicken tempura in our popular menu ``Chicken Tempura Gokujo Thick Noodle Soba'' is made with fresh chicken thighs and is served in large sizes so you can enjoy the juicy taste. The secret sauce, created using a unique method, uses Hinai chicken bones as a secret ingredient, and has been used over the past 10 years. You can feel the gentle sweetness. Please enjoy it with our original thick noodle soba which goes well with chicken tempura.

Our original ``Thick Noodle Soba'' uses stone-milled domestic buckwheat flour. This is an ideal product that was perfected through repeated trial and error at a noodle factory in order to produce chewy, thick noodles. In addition to domestically produced bonito flakes, mackerel, and Japanese horse mackerel, the soba soup uses plenty of carefully selected ingredients such as flying fish, Hidaka kelp, dried shiitake mushrooms, and Hinai chicken bones. You can enjoy a rich menu of flavors that you wouldn't expect from a stand-up restaurant, such as our proud ``Niku Thick Noodle Soba'' topped with pork belly and the extremely popular ``Karaage Soba''.
