We are proud of our charcoal-grilled ingredients, such as "Kizuna Beef" from Chiba Prefecture and "Waen Beef" from the US, grilled using the skills of skilled butchers! In order to bring out the natural flavor of the meat to its fullest, it is carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal. In addition to beef and pork that you can choose in quantity, we also have bone-in chicken and lamb, so if you want to try a variety of them, we recommend the platter.
