...on. This is a charcoal-fired robatayaki izakaya Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that grills food slowly over Bincho charcoal. You can enjoy dishes prepared by the owner and chef, who specializes in Japanese-style meal cuisine, as well as over 12 types of specially selected local sake and 30 types of shochu selected by the sake master. The food ranges from simple dishes that are cooked over charcoal to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients, to exquisite dishes that take time and effort.
