豚骨好きを魅了する、ひと捻り加えた濃厚スープ。
真面目に煮出した濃厚な豚骨スープは旨い博多ラーメンを想起しますが、それだけじゃない。 豚骨のみならず、複数の出汁でひと捻り、ふた捻り加えた変化球とも言うべきスープは、独自性の強いもの。 麺質も良いし、チャーシューも旨い。 ちょっとしたスパイス使いの工夫にもあれっ？と驚かされます。
