Hakata Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is the owner's signature dish. The owner will make it until it is finished. Ramen at the end, the zosu sweet potato, is also the best. Hakata's specialty local chicken Hot Pot nabe is also wrapped in a rich soup. The delicious and spicy miso is also homemade, and a spicy hot pot is also available. The owner uses 15 years of experience to grill the best charcoal-grilled dishes! Fish Grilled skewer into small pieces. Delicious grilled fish grilled with a special soy sauce that has no fishy smell and is fragrant! Saikyo-yaki and shio-koji-yaki are marinated and grilled using the owner's homemade miso and salt-koji made in a rice cooker. We have seasonal fish such as sablefish, Daisen chicken, yellowtail and mackerel, and various other fish that change daily! The homemade meatballs take an hour to prepare, and our regular customers say, ``The meatballs are the best.''

We will be relocating to Nerima Station in July 2024! The restaurant name will be changed to Local Chicken and Fish Skewers, Seared Motsunabe Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). The menu will remain the same,
