All the meat we handle is fresh! The beef is Akagi Wagyu beef, and the pork is Haruna pork, both of which are carefully sourced from Gunma Prefecture. Freshness is the key to our hormones, which are shipped directly from the farm. The liver and heart, which have a plump texture and no odor, are especially popular.They are never frozen and are all cut in-house after ordering. If you let us know, the staff will respond to your request, and you can even grill it while checking the heat. Enjoy your delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat).
