Food [Enjoying seasonal Italian Cuisine] Authentic local Sicilian Local Cuisine in Mitaka!
The owner trained for two years in Italy. During that time, I traveled around Italy and ate dishes, learning Local Cuisine of each region. Among them, we recreate the local taste based on Sicilian cuisine. We are very particular about ingredients and seasonality, and use only the best ingredients from authentic Italy and Japan. We use fresh seafood from Toyosu, seasonal ingredients from Sado, where the owner's family lives, and seasonings and other ingredients from Italy. The menu changes depending on what's in stock that day, so there's something new to enjoy every time you come.
