We offer Satsuma chicken, one of Japan's three major local chickens. The Satsuma chicken is descended from the Satsuma chicken, a gamecock used in cockfights during the Edo period (a natural monument). Satsuma Jidori is a rare breed of chicken with a very violent temperament, and only a few thousand chickens can be shipped each year. Currently, only [bird sashimi] from Kagoshima and Miyazaki is approved in the country [birds from other prefectures are not approved].Kagoshima Prefecture has its own strict hygiene management system that cannot be imitated by other prefectures. We purchase whole birds directly from Owani Poultry Farm in Aomori Prefecture and disassemble them. It may be sold out. The texture, meat color, flavor, and elasticity are all of the highest quality. Please come and enjoy it. In addition, gamecock hot pot is popular not only in winter, but also in spring, summer, fall, and winter.
