We offer 4 types of “homemade lemon sour” ranging from dry to sweet. You can choose from 4 types including "QueenSour" with brown sugar syrup and "JokerSour" which is spicy! We also recommend "orange wine" that originated in China and Georgia. We have about 10 carefully selected varieties from Japan and other countries around the world. The rich, astringent taste goes perfectly with Chinese Cuisine! When in doubt, feel free to consult with a sommelier.
