We offer Pork Cutlet that is unique to our restaurant, using French cuisine techniques and sauces. The main pork was chosen by a group of professional Meat Dishes after tasting and comparing over 50 types of pork. The one selected was the rare Saitama prefecture-produced ``fragrant pork'' that won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award. The fat has a low melting point and is characterized by a sweet aroma. Using a cooking method that has been researched extensively, we lock in the flavor without letting the meat juices escape. There are 3 types of sauce: homemade Pork Cutlet, Japanese mustard, and blended salt. Enjoy it with your favorite flavor♪

In addition to Pork Cutlet, we would like to introduce you to our specialty dishes that are a fusion of French cuisine. The recommended item is the ``Jidori White Liver Mousse'', which uses fresh and rich liver from Hyuga chicken. It goes well with sweet hot sake or cold white wine ♪ The second item is the classic French snack "fragrant patecan". It is originally marinated in red wine, but the original version is marinated in Japanese sake. The third dish is "pork wasa" that has been aged for 48 hours with blended salt and sake. Enjoy with soy sauce and crunchy wasabi!
