~ Commitment to Lemon Sour ~ [Part 1 ``Okamoto-san's Lemon''] We use pesticide-free ``Okamoto-san's Taiyo no Lemon'' from Hiroshima Prefecture. It's a safe and secure lemon. [Part 2: Super carbonated] Our sours are not only made with lemon. We use a carbonated server that produces about 6 times the strength of carbonated machines at regular restaurants! [Part 3 "Kinnomiya Shochu"] Kinnomiya shochu boasts the highest quality among domestic shochu. It has a very refreshing taste and a slight sweetness that goes well with lemons from Hiroshima Prefecture.
