蕎麦、うどん、中華麺は全て自家製麺。厚削りの本鰹節、さば節、宗田がつおのブレンドで毎日出汁をとっている味わい深いつゆが特徴。天麩羅も美味しく、菜種、綿実、胡麻油の香り高い油はこくがあり冷めても美味しい。日本酒も充実しており季節ごとに入れ替わる日本酒は蕎麦屋では圧巻の30種類以上の品揃えが日本酒好きにはたまらない。リーズナブルな酒のつまみもかなりの品数がある。蕎麦うどん以外にも十分楽しめる店だ。 |
