If you're going to eat at Bistro Saint-Roy, we recommend the hearty Meat Dishes. The slow-cooked meat is chewy yet tender and has an exquisite taste. We offer dishes unique to our restaurant, such as roasted pork belly smoked in-house and lamb dishes slowly cooked in chunks. We have many seasonal menus, so you'll be satisfied no matter how many times you come.
DrinkWe also have a wide selection of local alcoholic beverages.
Our recommendation is wine made from 100% in-house grapes produced at SAYSFARM, a winery in Toyama. This is a one-of-a-kind wine made with a focus on ``wine produced by this area, unique to this area, and that can only be produced in this area.'' Of course, in addition to wine, we also have other alcoholic beverages that go well with the dishes, so please feel free to ask our staff.
