After studying at the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) store for about 10 years, he opened "SATO Burian" in 2011. With a passionate desire to "provide Chateaubriand to all customers," since its founding, we have valued communication with Wagyu beef producers all over the country and spared no effort to provide better meat. Currently, the company has developed 5 restaurant in Asagaya and is considering expanding into the Kansai region and overseas in the future.
Food Kobe beef added to the top Wagyu beef lineup
This store has been purchasing top-ranked Chateaubriand for over 20 years thanks to its relationships with top-class Wagyu beef producers from all over the country. From April 2023, we will also be certified as a designated Kobe Beef store, further expanding the level of meat we handle. Special dishes that take advantage of the unique charm of Kobe meat, such as tender sirloin with strong flavor and elegant Chateaubriand that melts in your mouth, further enhance its value as a famous Wagyu restaurant.

Dishes include "Buri Meshi," Chateaubriand grilled in garlic, butter and soy sauce topped with sea urchin, and "Hire Suki," served with homemade Sukiyaki sauce and egg. There are several types of dipping sauces available, including ponzu sauce with grated daikon daikon citrus, lemon mustard, and a special spice blend that has been popular since the restaurant opened. Enjoy the ultimate marriage of meat and sauce, carefully thought out by meat professionals, with every dish.
