We are particular about taste and cost performance, and our wines are carefully selected through actual tasting. We always have about 50 types, mainly from France, so you can enjoy them with a variety of dishes. If you are new to wine, please feel free to ask us. In addition, by using Coravin to prevent oxidation inside the bottle, you can enjoy high-quality wine that can only be offered in a bottle, right from the glass.

We purchase high-quality ingredients for each of the four seasons that color the taste of Japan. We actually visit the production areas, carefully select fresh seasonal ingredients, and offer menus that can only be enjoyed in that season using optimal cooking methods. Especially recently, I have fallen in love with the great nature of Gifu Prefecture, and have been purchasing after actually visiting the area and listening to the producers and hunters. We purchase Honshu deer and wild boar throughout the year, sweetfish in the summer, and mushrooms in the fall. When you visit our store, we would like you to try Gifu ingredients.
