This is a small yakitori restaurant located on a back street in Nakano. We are particular about delicious yakitori and sake from Niigata Prefecture.
Our store opened on Nakano Showa Shindo Dori in November 2011. We purchase fresh chicken that has been seasoned that morning, skewer it at the restaurant, and carefully grill it over Kishu Bincho char
...coal. We want our customers to enjoy delicious Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), so we are particular about the freshness of our chicken. The ``Tochio fried tofu'' and ``Kagura Nanban miso rice'' purchased locally by the Niigata-born owner are exquisite.
