Please enjoy the wild fish prepared by a Sushi chef with 55 years of experience and Mr. Gin, a fishmonger with 30 years of experience. The highlight of the fish is that they eat well! The rice is Koshihikari made by Mr. Egawa of Okuaizu, and the miso is a blend of carefully selected miso from Sakamoto Shoten, a local favorite in Nakano.
