Our specialty pizza is made using hand-kneaded dough made from Daisen wheat from Tottori Prefecture and baked in a stone oven. In addition to classics such as margaritas, our original pizzas that make use of seasonal and regional characteristics are also popular, such as ``Kochi's green pepper, whitebait, and mullet pizza'' and ``Tottori's log shiitake mushroom and pancetta pizza.'' Please enjoy the aroma and flavor of the dough made with whole grain flour.

How about an open-faced Prosciutto sandwich? Daisen wheat baguette with homemade mayo tartar sauce. It's topped with plenty of pork shoulder Prosciutto and generously shaved with Pecorino Romano.
